I followed the size chart based on hip measurements. and that's why I chose size XL, and it's the last size available. but when moving, the skirt forms folds. This means it's a bit tight on my hips. and at the waist it's a bit too big. Therefore, I recommend choosing a skirt based on hip measurements.
